From February 2nd to February 11th, 2025, our delegation traveled to Kenya to engage in a series of highly productive business exchanges, marking a significant step forward in the company’s overseas expansion efforts.
During the visit, the team, led by representative Wang Tongliang, began with a visit to DREV Law Firm, one of the most influential legal practices in Kenya. Here, our team had in-depth discussions with legal professionals regarding the critical details of establishing a subsidiary in the region. From ensuring compliance with the company registration process to aligning with local laws and regulations, every aspect was meticulously reviewed, laying a solid foundation for the smooth establishment of the subsidiary and ensuring that our company could enter the Kenyan market in the most stable and robust manner.

Subsequently, Wang Tongliang visited the Kenya China Chamber of Commerce. During a face-to-face meeting with the Chamber’s local secretary, our team expressed a strong desire to establish a close partnership with the Chamber and to join its prestigious network. As a vital platform for communication and collaboration among Chinese enterprises in Kenya, aligning with the Chamber will accelerate our integration into the local business ecosystem, provide access to valuable resources, foster mutual development, and open new business opportunities.

A major highlight of the trip was a meeting with the Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Water and Irrigation in Kenya’s capital. Given that water infrastructure is a key focus of Kenya’s development, our company, leveraging its professional expertise and robust capabilities, expressed its aspirations to deeply engage in water infrastructure projects within Kenya. The Principal Secretary warmly welcomed our proposal, not only extending a heartfelt invitation to register our company but also opening the door to further discussions on potential collaboration. This laid the groundwork for a promising future partnership in the water sector, drawing a broad and ambitious blueprint for mutual success.

This successful business mission in Kenya has yielded fruitful outcomes and sowed the seeds of hope for our company in the land of East Africa, a region brimming with opportunities. Looking ahead, we will continue to deepen our engagement, steadily advance the process of establishing our subsidiary, strengthen cooperation with various stakeholders, and fully commit to contributing to Kenya’s water infrastructure and other key projects. This endeavor will not only enhance the local development but also play a crucial role in the company’s global expansion, writing a magnificent chapter in our global strategy.
