Established in 2017, we are a C.I.D.B. certified G7 contractor.
We specialize in earthworks, infrastructure works, road works, drainage works, piling and general civil engineering. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with regional offices in Kuantan and Kuching, our current projects spanning across the whole country.
After years of development, we currently have dozens of knowledgeable and experienced managers and engineers, and more than 500 well-trained construction workers. At the same time, we have more than 200 earthmoving heavy vehicles and equipment to ensure that we remain competitive and productive.
We are one of the biggest contractors to participate in the construction of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project in Malaysia, and we have established cooperative relationships with large Chinese constructors such as China Communications Construction Malaysia, China Harbour Engineering Malaysia, China Railway Malaysia, China Road and Bridge Malaysia, and local companies such as MCC Overseas (Malaysia) SDN BHD, Pembinaan Tetap Teguh, STC, etc.
Since our incorporation in 2017, COCWONER has successfully completed over 20 large-scale construction projects across Malaysia and in 2024 officially expanded into East Malaysia. We currently have several projects underway and are eager to collaborate with new clients on exciting and innovative ventures moving forward.
